The cushion is approximately 58cm sqaure (80cm diagonally) and is suitable for newborns, with plenty of room for your baby to grow. The cushion is placed diagonally in the hammock and your baby will lay along the diagonal. Even babies longer than 80cm can comfortably sleep with their knees slightly bent. The cushion has a wool-polyester blend filling, the same as used by mattress manufacturers. It has the required firmness for use in the Happy Hangup.
