Can my child attend classes after he/she is one year old
When your baby is actively crawling, you and your baby can then join the Mummy and me advanced yoga classes. This class is for actively crawling babies till around 18 months of age.
What if my baby sleeps through or cries in the class?
It is important to attend to your baby's needs, whether that be breastfeeding, changing, cuddling or just holding them. Part of the experience in Mummy and Me yoga is to learn to relax around your baby’s upsets, therefore all crying is a welcome opportunity for all mums to practice "letting go"!
When should I attend the Active Birth Practical or Workshop?
The Birth Practical or Workshop can be attended at any time during your pregnancy - some like to take one at the beginning of their pregnancy and another at the end! Most couples, however, attend when the mother is between 30 and 37 weeks pregnant. It can be attended alongside the hospital antenatal classes as a good compliment.
